The Ludwik Styl company was established in the year 1959 by Ludwik Twarog, the father of its current owner, Jacek Twarog. At the beginning the company provided carpentry services, however, in time its area of business extended to works associated with interior furnishing and production of furniture from solid oak wood. Today the company is a leader in the Polish exclusive furniture market. It owes its position to high quality standards, which can be achieved only through complete control over the product preparation process. This is why Ludwik Styl produces furniture from wood ground in its own lumber-mills and dried in its own modern drying chambers.
The Ludwik Styl company manufactures exceptional furniture – created in this day and age, but according to the technology of carpentry masters of old. The furniture is entirely hand-crafted from solid oak wood, colored and impregnated using natural, wax –based substances. The upholstery is made exclusively from natural leather. The use of only old, tried technologies gives the furniture an ecological purity and makes it extremely durable, even multi-generational.
Ludwik Styl continues to create new furniture designs, catering to contemporary trends and the requirements of its customers spread around the entire world. For this reason, apart from collections deeply rooted in sixteenth and seventeenth century style, the company also offers moderns sets which are still made using the same core manufacturing processes and experience based on tradition.
Ludwik Styl products have for years found recognition among customers with exquisite tastes. They adorn the prestigious interiors of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs office, numerous ecclesiastical institutions, offices, stylish restaurants, palaces and residences in Poland, Europe and around the world. Ludwik Styl furniture was found in apartments which housed the Pope John Paul II during his pilgrimages to Poland.
